Quileute Oceanside Resort | Rules & Policy

Check in is at 4:00pm, check out is at 11:00am. Charges will be applied for late check out at $5 per hour until 1pm, after 1:00pm another day rental charge will be applied.

Office is open 7 days a week from 8:00am – 8:00pm.

• Two Nights Minimum Stay on Weekends and during the summer season
• Three Nights Minimum Stay over the Holidays

Please call us if you have a party arriving before you, to give us their names to allow a smooth check-in process.  We cannot allow unregistered guests to check-in to a unit without notification.

We do require a one night deposit at the time of the reservation.  To cancel, call 3 days prior to your arrival date; otherwise you forfeit your deposit. There is a $20 fee for cancellation or changes made to the reservation.

We do not offer daily maid service; you can exchange your towel/linen between 9:00am and 3:00pm in the laundry room which is located next to the office.

Room rates are based on double occupancy; additional guests are $12.50 per person. Children 18 & under are free.

To have a beach fire you will need a fire permit which can be obtained in the resort office for a cost of $5. Fires are only allowed on the beach, not on the resort property.

There are no tents or RV’s permitted around the cabins, RV’s must be parked at the RV Park.

There are no phones or televisions in any of our units. Quileute Oceanside Resort is a non-smoking property. We do offer pet friendly units with an additional $10 per pet/per night fee. Additional charges may incur if unit is left excessively dirty, has been smoked in or there is evidence of pets when not permitted.

If you will be arriving after hours, we will leave your room open for you. Your name & room number will be posted on the window of our office, as well as a map of the property for you to get to your room. If you have any questions or problems we have also posted the phone number of our after hours service to assist you in resolving the matter.
